Clean-state inspection of test equipment to be used. Explaining the technical features of the various equipment scales and investigating the material properties of several coating materials.
Hands-on demonstration of the systems‘ operation setups such as fluidized bed, spouted bed and rotor as well as their processing features including spray options and nozzles. Explaining technical concepts like batch processing and continuous processing operation, air handling, dedusting, general instrumentation and control features.

Quality and analysis
Rheological verifications of coating liquids to be used. Presenting a set of rheological measurement techniques, such as ISO/ANSI methods, and the technical options of the respective lab rheometer device.
